Transepithelial resistance R_t (TEER): Rt = V-Amplitude/I-Amplitude

I and V electrodes are made with two Ag/AgCl pellets.

Feedback circuit:

Most reliable clamp method: current clamp.
Voltage clamp is possible.

Stimulus signal:

for Rt recording: single sine wave of 1 Hz;
for Impedance recording (Rs measurement): signal composed of 96 sine waves
