Robot type: Yamaha XZ: SXYx-C-F3-45-ZF-15-3L-RCX320-2-E
X-stroke: 450 mm. Z-stroke: 150 mm.
Robot, plate holders and wash station are mounted on metric
breadboard: 600x450mm, M6 holes ate 25mm.
Electrode manifold (EL-CS24) is attached to the Z-axis and can be
placed on a plate holder ot wash station.
MTEC is attached to the robot arm that moves along the X-axis.
